Full Income Documentation is available to borrowers with jumbo loans and conforming/government loans that fall just outside the parameters for Qualified Mortgages. Borrowers with over 50% DTI, recent bankruptcy, short sale, foreclosure and lates on mortgages can still qualify for loans with the non-QM loans.
